TJL’s in-depth knowledge of the development and revenue process gives TJL the ability to develop strategies that incorporate all stages of a development programme from initial conceptualisation, through design, consent procedures, finance, construction, leasing and sales.
Where required, TJL also views options for increasing revenue streams and maximising the property's usage, development and financial potential.
TJL development programmes are undertaken in stages which allows for additional design and cost scrutiny and management. This staged process provides the ability to review the previous stage’s outcomes and budget prior to committing to further works.
WE ARE INVOLVED IN EACH PROJECT FROM THE GROUND UP
The Project Management role manages the core project deliverables, being the consultant engagement, consent requirements and application and design stages and construction process
Development Management is an inclusive project role that establishes and coordinates all aspects of the development process.
This includes input into design concept and consultant engagement through to consent parameters and documentation oversight, financial recommendations, sales marketing programmes (where required), contractor engagement and construction oversight.
The Development Managers role ensures that the full development programme is managed diligently and achieves the desired results for each of the stage’s set deliverables.
TJL’s Client representative role provides review and comment on all external consultant / contractor engagement contracts and deliverables.
